Role: Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Location: Washington DC – 3 days onsiteAs an RTE, have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).Minimum 4 years exp working as RTECertification in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe RTE, PMP, CSM) is highly desirable.Experience functioning as RTE for coordinating and facilitating Agile Release Train ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum of Scrum calls, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, guide, and inspire Agile Release Train (ART) team members.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability and strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.Coordinate cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure smooth execution of the release process.Monitor and report on the progress of releases, identifying risks and dependencies, and facilitating resolution.
