This role is pivotal in driving the development and success of P&C insurance products, balancing the needs of customers, business, and compliance while keeping an eye on market trends and competitive landscapes.Responsibilities include:Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.Lead the product vision and strategy for data ingestion and data feed processing projects within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Oversee the implementation of data ingestion processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF), ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.Qualifications and Key Skillset for this RoleProven experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, preferably within the insurance industry, with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) projects.Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within the P&C insurance space.Strong understanding of data ingestion processes and data feeds, with hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF).Experience as a Data Modeler in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, P&C data ingestion, and data feed processing projects on AZURE ADFHands-on relational, dimensional, data vault, and data analytics experience.Experience in using RDBMS, dimensional, SQL, NoSQL data platform technologies, Azure Data Factory (ADF), ETL, and data ingestion protocols.Experience with Data Lakehouse, and enterprise big data / similar platforms in multi-data-center contexts is required.Prior experience working in a Data Mesh/Data Marketplace architecture is preferred.Expert-level knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or similar tools) is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs and sprint cycles.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Good understanding of the P&C insurance industry, including underwriting, claims processes, and regulatory environments.Preferred Qualifications:Professional Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / similar) are a plus.Industrial Certifications/Professional Insurance Designations such as - Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), ARM (associate risk manager), etc. are a big plus.***How to Apply : Please email me your up-to-date Resume/CV at
