Front-End Web Developer/Web Designer 3

Job DescriptionThe Candidate will perform highly advanced design and development work as part of the Administrative Applications project team(s) with direction and guidance from the Applications Services Management. The Candidate must have strong hands-on technical experience with UI/UX design and implementation using React.JS for web applications for a large organization. The primary goal of the candidate will be to help build and maintain new web applications replacing existing applications that deliver atomically structured, version-controlled UI components utilizing modern tools and processes.Responsibilities:Participating in all phases of SDLC, including design, software development, and code review.Providing UI component and application-level architecture utilizing React.js and Redux for frontend development and state management for reusability/extensibility.Writing lightweight client-side UI architecture for web applications and service layers to create fast, easy-to-use, high volume experiences with security, compliance, and accessibility as primary requirements.Creating wireframes, designing and developing prototypes and UI proof-of-concepts.Designing new responsive web application templates using wireframes and graphics.Providing guidance and detailed explanations to existing development staff on approaches and philosophies regarding elements and components that comprise the digital user experience across platforms.Minimum Requirements:CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSCandidates that do not meet or exceed the
