Primary Skills: Autodesk Revit(Expert), NavisWorks(Expert), AutoCAD(Expert), BIM Modeling(Advanced), Telecommunications Design(Intermediate)Contract Type: W2/C2C OnlyLocation: Austin, TX ( On-site)Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension)Pay Range: $50 - $58 Per HourJOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler for a 6-12 month onsite assignment in Austin, TX, focused on coordinating BIM Modeling across various disciplines to ensure project delivery within scheduled timelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in drafting and designing data/voice structured cabling systems, audiovisual systems, and more using Autodesk applications. This role demands solid organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple project assignments, and occasional travel for project needs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
BIM Modeling coordination across disciplines and architects during design and construction phases.Drafting and designing telecommunications and electrical systems using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks.Ensuring project deliverables meet scheduled timelines with limited re-work.Supporting project assignments within a team setting and working independently.Traveling occasionally for project support and coordination
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in Telecommunications or Electrical systems drafting and design is required for this role.
Must Have Skills:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD. Solid experience in BIM Modeling and drafting/designing telecom systems. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
