Full Stack Developer

Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph.DescriptionSeeking a full stack developer to join our collaborative, agile team in a highly mission-focused environment. The candidate will refine and enhance existing applications to better meet the customer's mission design, as well as develop and provide O&M for multiple tools and help develop solutions to software architecture problems and broad design solutions. The candidate will participate in software development efforts through all aspects of the software engineering lifecycle including scope and work estimation, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and integration. Candidate must be a dynamic, innovative, self-starting problem solver with the aptitude and attitude to tackle unsolved technical challenges and the capability to work in a fast-paced development environment with little assistance. Must be a team player.Duties include:Work with stakeholders of all levels across departments to define and prioritize tasks.Provide LOE (level of effort), BOE (basis of estimate) and establish timelines for assigned tasks.Review requirements from users and management to assess technical feasibility.Design, build, and deliver product features/enhancements and integrate plug-in APIs with required capabilities.Work with databases and APIs.Provide technical solutions to perform ETL processes (Extract, Transform, and Load).Implement unit and integration tests.Write scripts to support automation of software build, integration, and deployment.Troubleshoot and fix bugs.Write project documentation to include SOPs and status against plan.Follow best practices in software engineering for the full development life cycle including coding standards, pair programming, code review, source build, test, deploy, and operation.Collaborate across teams.Actively research, keep up with, and train in new technologies.Youll Bring These Qualifications:5+ years of experience working in software engineering, applications development, and/or web application development and deployment.Active TS/SCI with required polygraph clearance.Demonstrated contributions to the design, development, and testing of the application using modern standards.Strong foundation in Linux Development.Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems (OS).Demonstrated experience programming in Python, Java, JSON, XML, UNIX Shell.Experience with Git source code version control software.Experience with any relational database (such as Postgre SQL, SQL, Oracle, etc.).Experience with O&M troubleshooting.Desired Experience:Experience with Ruby on Rails development.Experience with Javascript, HTML, JQuery, CSS.Experience with Design Patterns (SOLID, GRASP, KISS, DRY, etc.).Familiarity with Android OS to include file system structures and security.Object-oriented programming.Test-Driven development.Understanding PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and PKI Certificate.Material Design.Jetpack Compose.MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph.NOTE: Must have an active TS-SCI with poly.
