Our client is seeking an experienced individual to collaborate with business users on their Meridian Cloud document content management system. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analyzing and identifying the organization's content management needs, designing and implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users.The ideal candidate must have systems CONFIGURATION experience with an ability to ask the right questions to the right roles (Mgrs, Directors, etc) to innovate the system they will be working on.Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing solutions tailored to specific business needs, which involves analyzing user requirements, developing system specifications, and overseeing the implementation process.Maintaining and supporting facility engineering content management systems by engaging with business users to gather requirements and configuring the system according to company standards.Collaborating with other IT professionals and business units to integrate facility engineering content management systems with other systems and applications.Providing training and support to end-users on facility engineering content management systems and best practices.Creating user documentation and offering ongoing technical support.Identifying and resolving user issues, which includes conducting system testing and troubleshooting problems.Creating processes and procedures for information exchange between Oxy and Third Parties.Qualifications:
Knowledge on Facility Engineering Document Management System is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience on Content Management Platforms .Proficiency in SQL Server database management.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional writing skills for technical documentation.Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.Adaptability to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality.Knowledge of Facility Engineering Document Management Systems is advantageous.Oil & Gas Industry experience is a huge plus!Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule: on-site near Galleria on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - Remote work on Monday & Friday.Skills:
