Description:They engineer, manufacture, deliver and install platforms to meet any project's unique specifications.They have a need for a Systems Administrator to join the team. They currently have one tier 1 support personnel that handles all of the tier 1 troubleshooting for their 350 end users and one lead in the systems space, who is currently overwhelmed by the workload. Since this is a mid-level environment, this person will be responsible for the Systems focused work, but will also need to step in and help with the basic networking needs as well. This is a production environment, requiring someone to be on site 5 days a week. There is lots of growth opportunity, as the lead is willing to help the candidate learn new skills. They use Meraki firewalls, Nutanix for virtualization, and Hyper-V, which is a must have: Hyper-V needs to be more than just spinning up new servers - it should include things like new installs, version upgrades, integrations with storage, etc. This candidate will need to be strong in virtualization, active directory, and basic networking skills.
