Gather and interpret complex data requirements from various sourcesPlan and conduct data/system tests, monitor results, and implement corrective measuresDesign, develop, and maintain data warehouse and transactional databasesDevelop programs and scripts through design, coding, testing, and implementationWrite scripts and commands for data extraction and manipulation/ETL processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data processingConduct data profiling to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and develop strategies to address data quality issuesManage metadata and data models to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with business requirements and standardsEstimate the time and resources required for data-related projects, ensuring projects are delivered on timeTechnical Qualifications
SQL, C#, ETLData Modeling ToolsLogical and physical Data ModelingBusiness IntelligencePython, PowerBI, and Tableau are preferredAzure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake preferredAdditional Qualifications

Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.Ability to stand or sit constantly/continuously.Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.Environmental Conditions

$65,000 – $125,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.At Sompo International, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
