Project Manager , Workday Team Support at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Project Manager 2, Workday Team Support manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time. This position will support the Workday configuration team and Workday Mergers and Acquisitions related activities. This position's work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Project Manager 2, Workday Team Support will support the HR Systems Configuration and Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) teams. Independent judgement is required to manage various activities including change request management, content management, communications, meeting coordination, and data conversion activities. Responsibilities include partnering with the Workday Configuration Team to track and manage change requests, documentation, testing, shared mailboxes, and associate communications. Additional M&A duties to include project management, work intake, data collection and validation. This position will coordinate and own ongoing meeting cadence management for the Workday Configuration Team and HR Tech M&A team. Understanding department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas will be critical. Making decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Understand the importance of following established guidelines/procedures. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree + Minimum of 3 years Project Management related experience + Workday exposure and knowledge + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + This role is required to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone hours Preferred Qualifications + M&A exposure and knowledge + Project planning and execution experience + Clear, concise communication + Partnership and collaboration as an integral member of the team + Knowledge administration experience + Strong organization Additional Information This role is required to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.
