Main ResponsibilitiesExpertise in gathering business requirements and creating solutions using Oracle fusion cloud.Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and providing recommendations to improve business processes.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.Conducted in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for senior management.Led the implementation of Oracle cloud ERP system, resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency.Lead implementation of Oracle cloud modules such as Finance (Accounts Payables, Account Receivable, Tax, Expense and Revenue).Conducting system testing and user acceptance testing.Proficiency in data loading and integration tools - File Based Data Import (FBDI), Rest API’s, SOAP Web Services.Hands on expertise for Analytics, OTBI and SQL optimization.Document and demonstrate best in class case studies of solutions and Oracle cloud product usage by business.Deliver solution related guidance to individual business users, address inquiries, and fostering strong business relationship.Configure and customize Oracle fusion cloud finance to address specific business needs.Stay updated on new oracle fusion cloud features and recommend relevant implementations.Main RequirementsThe Oracle Finance BA role is a senior level position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle fusion Finance modules and extensive experience in implementing solutions and developing complex integrations for customer.The candidate should be adept at managing both technical and functional aspects of Finance implementation and should possess strong leadership and communications skills for successful business engagement.Experienced Oracle Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience.Strong knowledge of Oracle cloud modules such as Finance (Accounts Payables, Account Receivable, Expense and Revenue).Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle finance implementation projects.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
