Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort. Provide guidance with planning and prioritization of business analysis activities in support of large project and support efforts.This position will be responsible for:Supporting the FFS Workload B contract production support team by ensuring that the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS) and Multi Carrier System (MCS) applications hosted by CDS are up and available to the users by their required SLA time.Reviewing requests from the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), CMS, and the Shared System Maintainer (SSM).Scheduling customer checkouts, data purges, and testing.Analyzing the impact to customers reporting issues and escalating issues by priority, establishing, and driving resolution bridge lines.Completing morning tasks and reports, validating completion of customer requests.This is an on-site position in any of the Celerian group locations in Dallas, TX, Columbia, SC, Ashburn, VA, or Nashville, TN.What You'll Do:Elicit and document user requirements to meet a business objective. Identify and validate requirements and organize the information into a logical document using business analysis models that is understood by the customer and Information Systems.Respond to questions and ensure understanding of why the business solution was chosen.
