Full Stack Engineer

The RoleClient is hiring a Principal Software Engineer - Modernization & Technology Lifecycle Management at Client Merrimack, NH or Westlake TX.Client – Modernization and TLM team to build prototypes and assist in broad implementation of various modernization and TLM initiatives.Our engineering team is innovative, diverse, hardworking, and self-driven.We work in a very dynamic agile environment.As an engineer on the Modernization and TLM team, your primary role will be designing, building/upgrading, and testing applications on multiple platforms.You are encouraged to quickly gain an understanding of all the components of our platform and Blueprints to be able to lead and deliver initiatives related to modernization, security remediation, End-of-life, and support of the platform.The Skills You Bring7+ years of experience in Java application development using SpringBoot.2+ years of experience using AWS services S3, EC2, Lambda, CFT.5+ years of experience in database design and development using Oracle/NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, AeroSpike).Strong knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, GraphQL.Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Deploying applications in DevOps environment.Deep understanding of API design, including versioning, API documentation (Swagger).Solid Understanding of developing highly scalable distributed systems using Open-source technologies.Solid Understanding of E2E ALM tools like JIRA, gitStash, FishEye, Crucible, Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy.Comfortable with Code Quality/Coverage tools (Sonar or equivalent).Working knowledge of public/private cloud capabilities including compute, storage and scaling will be desirable.2+ years of UI development using Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5 would be a nice to have.The Value You DeliverUse your experience to help design and implement efficient technology solutions.Be able to adjust priority of items based on business value.Be able to recognize technology trends in the cloud space and assist in adopting fresh solutions as offered by cloud service providers.Formulating and driving the tactical and strategic technology direction of the HealthCare business for some of the firm’s most strategic clients.Proposing and delivering strategic efficiency and scale technology solutions.Maintaining an atmosphere of collaboration, and approachability every day.How your work impacts the OrganizationClient delivers benefits solutions for many of the US largest businesses.Your work will deliver technology to support the Personalized recommendations, which will allow for a superior customer experience, innovation in product and service offering, and increased sales and retention.Education:
