We are looking to hire a DevSecOps Engineer with a strong focus on integrating security into the development and operations process. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, real-time security monitoring, and automation.Problem-solving is key to the ability to utilize creative and innovative thinking. Rather than include the same old boring job description, here is a list of tasks the prospective employee may be asked to accomplish and/or attributes the candidate should possess.Primary Responsibilities:
Work with multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Implement architectural designs and diagramsAutomate processes and systems configuration/deploymentBe able to solve problems and engineer solutions (infrastructure as code)Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deploymentImplement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD)Analyze code and communicate detailed reviews to development teamsAutomate systems tests for security, performance, and availabilityCollaborate with team members to improve the company's engineering tools, policy and procedures, and data securityAbility to gather and aggregate metrics and logs into structured applicationsWorking knowledge of known tools like Git and GitHubSome Must-Haves:
5+ Years of Professional Software Development or DevOps ExperienceExpertise with security tools like Checkmarks, Burp Suite, and Nexus IQExperience with Zero Trust architecture, including identity management and endpoint securityExpertise in continuous code deployment and integration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, Drone – experience with one flavor or another is a must-have)Experience scripting with Python, Bash, and/or GolangDeep understanding of containersSecurity-conscious mindset with experience in real-time monitoring and security automationWhere We're Looking For It:
