Classified Cybersecurity Manager
to lead a team of Information Systems Security Professionals (ISSOs/ISSMs) at our Palmdale, CA location. A diverse classified information systems security background is required, including the Intelligence Community assessment and authorization process (ICD-503), Special Access Programs (JSIG), and DoD collateral (NISPOM and DAAPM) processes.The Manager of Classified Cybersecurity will supervise a team of professionals who perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment, identifying deviations from acceptable configurations and policies. Responsibilities include:Support of process, analysis, coordination, security certification testing, security documentation, and investigations.Assist in implementing required government policies (e.g., DAAPM, JSIG, ICDs) and make recommendations on process tailoring.Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and recommend additional safeguards.Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority.Document results of Assessments and Accreditation activities and prepare the Body of Evidence (BoE).Conduct reviews of system audits and monitor corrective actions.Manage coordination with classified programs on secure operating systems and networks.Ensure compliance and maintain formal accreditation authorizations.Establish an inclusive culture and foster individual development, teamwork, and effective performance management.Basic Qualifications:Master’s degree with 7 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience.Current
DoD 8570 IAM Level III
security certification (e.g., CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP).Current DOD
Top Secret
security clearance.Ability to obtain and maintain access to
Special Programs .Work experience in Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or similar STEM-related discipline.8 years of ISSO/ISSM experience with RMF.Prior leadership or management experience.Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, with current SAP/SAR access.Recent Polygraph.Diverse classified information systems security/information assurance background.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience communicating with customer and program leadership.We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, and a friendly team environment.
