You'll craft compelling presentations, engage in cross-departmental collaboration, and confidently deliver your UX visions to our internal stakeholders.Core AccountabilitiesCreate visually appealing and user-friendly designs for TPN clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces, considering the latest design trends and best practices.Develop and execute UX strategies to enhance the overall usability and accessibility of TPN clients' assets.Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather valuable user feedback for continuous improvement.Ensure a consistent and optimized user experience across various devices and screen sizes through responsive design techniques.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to propose innovative solutions and improvements.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, adhering to TPN clients' brand guidelines.Specific circumstances may allow or require some incumbents assigned to the job to perform a different combination of duties.Core SkillsEducation in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or UX/UI design-related field, or equivalent experience.Ability to identify and execute user needs into visual designs, mobile applications, in-store connected experiences, marketing campaigns, and websites.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent.Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, etc.).Independent and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.Strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Work can be relied upon for thoroughness and accuracy.Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.RequirementsYears’ Experience: 1+ years working in an agency environment or in-house creative.Education: Four-Year Degree (preferred but not required).Must have a portfolio demonstrating creative output and conceptual ability.Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time.Open-minded and personable with innate conceptual design ability.Listens and applies constructive criticism in job execution and performance issues.Assertive self-starter.Job StatusOPEN*TPN is an equal opportunity employer.
