Position Description

We are seeking a versatile and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using a variety of technologies.Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using a variety of technologies including Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.Implement robust messaging solutions, containerization strategies, and web container configurations.Utilize test automation frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.Leverage Python data science libraries to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.Contribute to the design and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines using CI/CD tools like GIT, Cloudbees Jenkins, uDeploy, and/or Pivotal Concourse.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in full-stack development and data science.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java and Python programming skills.Familiarity with core data science libraries and concepts.Experience in some of the following technologies: continuous integration/delivery tools such as GIT, Cloudbees Jenkins, uDeploy and/or Pivotal Concourse. Knowledge of containerization technologies and web container configuration.Experience with test automation frameworks.Knowledge in Python web frameworks like Flask, Django is a plus.Fluency in formal language design concepts like type systems is a plus.Experience with quant research processes, methodologies, and tools is a plus.Experience with Financial Data is a plus.This role must be located at one of the following locations: Knoxville, TN.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $119,500 - $230,100.CGI anticipates accepting applications for this position through 04/23/2024.Benefits
