OverviewResponsible for analytical and process support of Corporate Finance.
Responsibilities
Support the creation of regulatory materials for the bank’s FDIC Resolution Plan including writing Descriptive sections, editing content, creating data tables and exhibits.
Support the investigation, preparation and financial analysis of bank data
Coordinate with various bank departments, such as Treasury, Legal and Operations, and bank processes to gather necessary data for the Resolution Plan or other financial projects
Assist in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of bank data in Teams or Virtual Data Rooms
Prepare regular project reporting for the Resolution Plan or other financial projects
Qualifications
Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities
Inquisitive mind and intellectual curiosity
Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related or quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics)
Progress toward CFA certification a plus
1-3 years of banking or corporate finance experience, preferably across FP&A, corporate strategy, accounting
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $67,000.00/Yr. - USD $85,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
