Java Developer FTE Westlake, TX Job Description Who are we looking for? Java Developer for the project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Technical Skills: A performing strong developer that has good exposure spring cloud and willing to convert to full stack in a month. Must have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in developing services and batch jobs using; - Java, Spring, Spring boot, Microservices, Spring Cloud - Rabbit MQ - Test Driven Development using NUnit - JIRA, Bamboo, Jenkin, Confluence - Git, Bitbucket - PCF - Jenkin - Veracode - Angular Automation Should have BDD knowledge Should able automate test cases for development completed using Cucumber or Karate Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development Process Skills: Thorough understanding of agile development methodology Ensures adherence to quality standards during development. Behavioral Skills : At least 5 years of experience including; o Able to work in Scrum model with offshore coordination o able to work directly with customer stakeholders o able to communicate clearly in oral and writing o identify risks, plan mitigation o escalate on time to customers and leaders o good in prioritizing work and time management Certification: NA Skills PRIMARY COMPETENCY : Java Technologies PRIMARY SKILL : Java Spring MVC , WEB & Spring Boot PRIMARY SKILL PERCENTAGE : 60 SECONDARY COMPETENCY : Testing SECONDARY SKILL : API Testing SECONDARY SKILL PERCENTAGE : 40
