Project Controls Manager - InfrastructureSalary:

Boston, MARole OverviewAs a Project Controls Manager, you'll join a leading US general contractor at the forefront of the construction industry. You'll mentor the team, oversee complex infrastructure projects, and drive financial and operational success.Your primary duties will include:Cost Management:
Developing and managing project budgets (highways, bridges, track & tunnels) pipeline expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Schedule Management:
Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.Risk Management:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure timely delivery and avoid cost overruns.Change Management:
Implementing effective processes for managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.Reporting:
Preparing regular progress reports and financial statements for stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis:
Conduct cost-benefit analyses, prepare cash flow projections, and track project profitability.Resource Allocation:
Optimize the allocation of resources (labor, materials, equipment) to meet project objectives.Earned Value Management:
Utilize earned value techniques to measure project performance and identify variances.Claim Management:
Prepare and negotiate claims with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Quality Assurance:
