POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:
Research, analyze, and recommend solutions through in-depth functional knowledge of business processes to deliver value to end-users of the Oracle E-Business Suite and other non-Oracle applications. Offer advanced functional perspective and insight to technical solutions. Partner with IT and business process experts to articulate business requirements and ensure applications meet business needs. Provide technical design review and feedback on proposed solutions to ensure functional viability for customers. Advise on, design, and coordinate testing plans for solutions with business process experts and IT personnel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, or related field OR commensurate experienceFour plus years' experience in Information Technology or related experienceExperience participating in a team environmentProficiency in communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to consistently provide relevant ideas and perspectives on process improvements within business functionsDemonstrated ability to navigate complex business requirements and technical range to deliver value to customersExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications or similar ERP platform*Ability to be on-call to support a manufacturing environment that operates 24 X 7* (If applicable)Capability to travel, primarily between Charter locations, if applicablePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Functional or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.Oracle E-Business Suite certificationsMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Participate on and lead teams of IT and business process experts to enhance business processes through the delivery of technology, primarily within the Oracle E-Business Suite.Analyze processes to refine business requirements for technology solutions.Communicate and document requirements, solutions, and project status to business process experts, IT personnel, and key business stakeholders, according to internal process standardsCommunicate technical solutions and challenges to non-technical professionalsCoordinate unit testing, setups, configurations, and the delivery of solutionsAdvise business process experts on solution testing approaches and methodologiesResearch and recommend solutions to support end-users in day-to-day application useEnhance knowledge base in Oracle e-Business Suite and related applications through industry research within manufacturing and technology spacesProvide guidance, training, and solution review of proposals by junior team members on large, complex projectsAssist in teaching and guiding new team members as neededFollow Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.Ability to meet the essential job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the job description.RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SUPERVISION:
