Job Posting Title IT Systems Engineer - SharePoint Online - Remote Job Description The Systems Engineer IT (SharePoint Online Engineer) will be responsible for handling end-user tickets, administering the SharePoint environment, and creating sites/building solutions under the direction of the Collaboration Services Manager. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage and resolve end user issues in SharePoint, assist in building out solutions with the SharePoint administrator and ensure a seamless SharePoint experience for all end users. This is a customer-facing role. Responsibilities + Implement changes into production environment following change control methodology + Create and maintain new SharePoint online sites + Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and design effective site solutions. + Resolve and mitigate incidents related to SharePoint Online issues + Provide guidance and support for end users on SharePoint features, best practices, and troubleshooting steps + Support root cause analysis + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + 2 years of experience supporting key enterprise business applications and servers- SharePoint Online and User Management in Azure AD/Entra + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills + Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills + Capable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership + Strong desire to learn + Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively + Excellent documentation skills + Ability to work in a cross-functional team Preferred Qualifications + Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) + Experience with SharePoint Governance practices + Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 services + Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and techniques + Experience with Purview Sensitivity Labels Minimum Physical Job Requirements + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time + Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. + Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear + Frequently required to reach with hands and arms + Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch + Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure + Reports to a Manager in the IT department Potential pay for this position ranges from $78,600.00 - $118,200.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
