As part of the Enterprise Application Delivery Team, the EDI Support Associate will focus on providing operational support for EDI processes, managing Jira tickets, daily monitoring, and assisting with the onboarding of new trading partners. The role will involve diagnosing and resolving failed EDI jobs and IDocs, supporting various teams, and maintaining smooth EDI operations. The ideal candidate has strong EDI experience, SAP ECC knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of EDI transaction flows and resolution of issues as they arise.Diagnose and repair failed EDI jobs and SAP IDocs during the EDI process.Manage and resolve Jira tickets related to EDI issues in a timely manner.Provide daily support to the internal customers (demand, transport, and finance) for troubleshooting, map updates, and process improvements.Test and validate EDI map updates to ensure accurate data exchange and seamless integration.Assist in onboarding new EDI trading partners, including setup, testing, and integration.Collaborate with internal teams (IT, vendor management, partner management) to ensure smooth trading partner integrations.Investigate EDI-related chargebacks when necessary.Work closely with programmers to streamline and automate EDI processes.
Requirements:
College degree in Information Technology or a related field.2-3 years of experience in an EDI support role, ideally within a retail or wholesale environment.Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain EDI (X12 protocols), with experience handling common EDI transactions such as 850, 856, 810, 855, 860, 310, and 315.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ECC is required.Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting EDI failures and IDocs.Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot EDI-related issues across various teams.A fast learner, with the ability to adapt and quickly master new processes.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
