Should have a very good understanding of ServiceNow tool and ITBM functional knowledge.Work with affected groups / impacted stakeholders to perform deep dives and discovery on the As-Is state of the ITBM System to allow for effective analysis by senior project team members and senior impacted stakeholders.Collaborate and effectively communicate with impacted stakeholders to elicit ITBM requirements across Processes, Systems, Reporting, and Integrations.Translates technical complexities to business owners to drive solutions.Ensures the scrum team has a clear understanding of end-user stories to be developed in the system.Develops use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation using stories and scrum tasks in ServiceNow.Document and map current ITBM processes and perform gap analyses against desired or best practice, preferably using industry standard techniques and frameworks.Communication and coordination between the relevant business owners and the agile development teams.Be able to translate and clearly articulate business requirements to system developers and vice versa.Perform gap analysis between the As-Is state and the To-Be state.Extensive Business Analysis experience, working on Agile, Lean and Waterfall project.Participates in sprint reviews by representing business owners interests and coordinating with them to elicit feedback.
