Be truly language agnostic; you need to be agile to pick up new languages and skills and deliver new solutions to unexpected problems.With your continual learning, you should be across the trends within the technology space and be able to help future proof solutions.Understand Cloud Native Design Patterns and Services; spearhead cloud transformations of legacy and monolithic applications to cloud-hosted microservices architectures.Build and deploy performant and secure code to production following coding standards and set KPIs.Dedicate time for self-investment through training, certifications, and research.Ability to both work remotely and travel when required.Experience in architecting solutions.Expert-level skills in enterprise application languages, development tools, and best practices.Knowledge of cloud-native architecture concepts and understanding of high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security requirements.Communicating effectively with different stakeholders comes naturally to you.Experienced working in an agile environment.A good balance of pragmatism and dogmatism.Be open-minded and actively ask questions, listen, and adjust your points of view accordingly while respecting other people's opinions and their level of competence.Technical Requirements
5 years relevant experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or similar.Solution design responsibilities include designing the essential core building blocks that make up a technical solution.Technical experience in at least one modern backend/frontend framework.
