Data Management - support the efficient internal operation of Privacy and E&C Programs including data analytics and reporting by creating and maintaining organized, standardized and coordinated information management processes to ensure ease of accessibility and alignment with broader E&C and Legal service tools/processes/systems (i.e. Team Connect, SharePoint, Convercent, etc.).Training, Communication & Awareness - support Programs teams in drafting, coordinating and administering training, awareness and communications materials for all E&C programs. Examples include Statement on Business Conduct Training administration, E&C Week Campaign coordination and other formal and ad-hoc training, awareness and communication coordination. This includes knowledge of Workday Learning administration, familiarity with Viva Engage and other internal communication channels.Breach Management - provide front-line privacy breach incident response activities, including collection of relevant information and initial assessment of breach materiality. Provide recommendations to Chief Privacy Officer for review.Advisory Services - provide front-line privacy & E&C support and guidance to internal and external partners, including responding to routine advisory requests.Program Management Support - regularly monitor general mailboxes and phone-lines. Provide timely support to Privacy and E&C Programs teams (i.e. schedule and organize meetings/events, maintain agendas, prepare paperwork, make travel arrangements; code invoices, expense reporting and other duties as required).Regulatory & Legal Updates - maintain an understanding and comprehension of Canadian and US federal, provincial and state laws and regulations that impact Privacy and E&C Programs, including basic legal research and analysis. Coordinate and support regular policy and process reviews and updates to align with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.Risk Assessments - support Program team in risk assessment and monitoring activities.Who You Are:

Required:

Business' administration experience and related degree or diploma.4+ years of experience in comparable roles.Collaborative, positive and flexible working style.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or activities.Sound information management and data analytics experience.Knowledge of internal training, communication and awareness tools, functions and processes.Knowledge of privacy, ethics & compliance, including laws, regulations, and internal policies.Knowledge and experience in program management.Preferred:
