Global Project Management Facilitator
will be responsible for supporting the successful start-up of the new large projects for PCI.A key function of this role is to develop the facilitation and project management skills of GPMO and NPI managers. This position will help develop project managers to be more holistic in their planning and to highlight interfaces between the various project functions. Additionally, this position will help to on-board new customers by facilitating project scoping and planning sessions. This role will also lead the planning of risk assessments and action plans as well as also work with the director to support global initiatives as they arise.Responsibilities
Support large programs including plant start-upsClearly define projects including the scope and resources requiredDevelop mind maps and detailed plans for each department.Ensure focus and project prioritizationFacilitate integration and project interfaces between plant departmentsDevelop program and project managersHands-on guiding and teaching of project management skills and practicesTeach leadership development skillsTeach facilitation tools and skillsSupport the initiation of new customers for the new Rockford siteNew customer planning workshops:Create agendasSupport facilitationSupport follow-up tasksHelp develop the project manager for the customerLead problem solving sessionsFoster team developmentEstablish effective meetings and communication plan to ensure success of each project.This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Position may require travel up to 40%.Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.College Level Mathematical SkillsIntermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.Very strong facilitation, teaching and development skillsAbility to Travel up to 40% of the time to support global initiativesStrong ability to lead, motivate, and engage participants during facilitation and training sessions.Preferred
