The full Pay Range is $114,700.00 - $213,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:As the Sr Cybersecurity Architect at BECU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the security landscape of our organization. Your expertise will be key in designing business solutions that not only meet but exceed security and compliance standards. You'll collaborate closely with our cybersecurity and business teams to ensure that every initiative aligns with BECU's strategic goals. Your contributions will help define the cybersecurity architecture vision, set industry-leading standards, and establish frameworks that safeguard our member-driven mission.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Develop Strategic Security Vision:

Partner with business leaders to craft a strategic security architecture that aligns with organizational goals, policies, and guidelines.Communicate & Integrate:

Bridge the gap between cybersecurity strategy and business applications by integrating security requirements into policies and solutions that drive business success.Design & Best Practices:

Define domain-specific architecture designs and best practices, ensuring they align with BECU's enterprise architecture strategy and industry standards.Facilitate Technical Reviews:

Lead peer and principal-level reviews for all technical designs and documentation, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational goals.Drive Engagement:

Champion the adoption of cybersecurity requirements across the organization by providing technical support and guidance that aligns with BECU standards and guidelines.Evolve Architecture:

Lead the evolution of existing cybersecurity and enterprise architecture, identifying design gaps, and proposing enhancements that keep BECU at the forefront of security.Lead Solution Integration:

Spearhead cybersecurity efforts in the integration and implementation of new solutions, ensuring they meet the highest security standards.Mitigate Emerging Threats:

Stay ahead of emerging security threats and design architectures that proactively mitigate these risks.Contribute Beyond Expectations:
