Responsibilities:Pro-actively manage an assigned book of businessProvide accurate, timely and professional service to assigned customersRetain assigned customers and grow relationships where appropriate by providing solutions and leveraging internal and external data to support and educate the customerComplete necessary workflows and activities in Agency Management System (AMS) and other applicable softwareResponsible for maintaining accurate data for assigned customers activity in the Agency Management SystemPrepare employee communications for renewals and enrollment periodBe a student of the business by growing group insurance knowledge through company provided online learning tools as well as industry content and publicationsDevelop and maintain carrier relationships and share knowledge with peers and leadershipRequirements:Proficient small group employee benefit knowledgeEffective communication skills as well as strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detailsAble to work independently and within a team environmentEmbraces customer success and demonstrates a “can do attitude”Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with AMS or related softwareCan manage multi customer related activities simultaneouslyEducation/Experience:College/University degree preferredMinimum 2-year group benefits experienceDemonstrated success managing assigned customer blockAcrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
