About The Role

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew immensely in 2023 and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to build and manage data tables and visualizations for our stakeholders. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through data and analytics visualization.

What You’ll Do

Analytics development, building models to consume, transform, and expose critical go-to-market data to stakeholders and production systemsContribute to the culture of Ramp’s data team by influencing processes, tools, and systems that will allow us to make better decisions in a scalable wayCollaborate with GTM teams to standardize and report on our key metrics across the Sales organizationWork closely with data engineering teams to capture, move, store, and transform raw data into actionable insights and partner with business teams to turn those insights into actionWhat You Need

Familiarity with BI tools (preferably Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent) and experience distributing data insights via reports and dashboardsStrong SQL knowledge (preferably Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) including writing efficient queriesStrong foundational understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and reporting functionalityTrack record of shipping high-quality products and features at scaleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutionsNice-to-Haves

Experience with the modern data stack (Hubspot / Looker / Salesforce / Fivetran / Snowflake / dbt / Looker / Hightouch or equivalents)Strong perspective on analytics engineering development cycle (data modeling, version control, documentation + testing, best practices for codebase development)Experience within the payments and financial technology spaceFamiliarity with B2B enterprise sales cycle metrics and processesBenefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)
