will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).Works with IT developers to facilitate better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. DevOps aims at coupling a tighter alignment between IT operations and businesses.For this position, we are looking for an individual with a strong Enterprise Java development background with equally strong experience in designing and implementing Enterprise CI/CD solutions from scratch. For Java development, experience with SOA, Event Driven, MVC, Django, Serverless, and Spring frameworks is required. The experience should involve developing and supporting large, mission-critical transaction processing applications. Experience with evolving technologies such as Quarkus and GraalVM is preferred. As a member of the DEVSECOPS team, the individual will be leading solution design and architectural decisions at strategic and tactical levels and is expected to put together a roadmap for the DEVSECOPS team. The individual must also be implementing proposed solutions into POC, development, and production environments. Hands-on experience with the implementation of advanced CI/CD solutions is required. The individual will be using Gitlab/GitHub, Ansible, Ansible Tower, Jenkins, and Terraform for creating automation solutions. Strong experience with scripting languages such as bash, shell, Perl, python, groovy, and JavaScript is a must.The individual must be capable of representing a DEVOPS team in application modernization and cloud migration projects providing direction and expert guidance. The individual will be working closely with other technologists in areas such as Oracle, Java, SQL tools (PL/SQL developer, SQL plus), XML, LDAP, Splunk, Dynatrace, ISAM, IBM MQ, and Middleware application servers. Broad experience deploying COTS products on Kubernetes using helm charts is required. In the architecture/design role, the worker may also participate in discovery sessions with business and IT liaisons, technology vendors, and business analysts to design and develop new scalable and secure Enterprise IT solutions or augment and improve existing solutions.The individual suitable for this position must have worked in Agile SDLC. Ability to learn complex material quickly, allocate time efficiently, handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently, along with good communication and relationship-building skills with technical staff and executive management are expected traits for the position.Roles And ResponsibilitiesArchitecture, design, development, and integration of tools and technologies for delivery of new end-to-end enterprise solutions or enhancements of existing CICD solutions.Participate in discovery sessions with business liaisons, technology vendors, and business analysts to design and develop new scalable and secure Enterprise IT solutions.Support application participation in design sessions for application modernization sessions to provide coverage for DEVOPS areas.Participate in DEVOPS roadmap development.Participation in Sprints discovery, standups, retrospectives, and other aspects of Agile SDLC.Integration with tools such as Service Now using available APIs.Supporting concurrent application development targeting multiple future releases as part of scoping development work.Documents processes and procedures.
