This role is accountable for transformational technology and development initiatives that will enable overall R&D mission and strategic imperatives which is going to lead us to our future by accelerating growth of new solutions implementation and AI to solve problem. This is the perfect opportunity for you to become a part of an innovative and energetic team that develops solutions which will have a transformative impact on the whole organization.Responsibilities:High degree of technical aptitude over a wide scope of CRM architecture, data analysis, data model design and AI applications to provide technical direction and mentorship to team.Responsible for solution design and integrations design with other applications.Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom codeResponsible for developing and supporting customized and standard solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisionsTechnical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinementSeek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid paceDefine, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/codeProvide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic projects implementations.Represent R&D for strategic / transformational initiatives.Evaluate different CRM tools to fit business needs.Skills Required:The ideal candidate for this position should possess a good understanding of IT development methodologies and demonstrate solid skills in business processes. The role requires working collaboratively with the business community and other IT team members within a dynamic and high-profile environment.Technical Skills:Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM ApplicationsMust have at least 3-5 Years of SFDC development experience (Certified Salesforce.com Developer Preferred)Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIDetailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers, Queueable apex, Experience cloud.Should have exp in flows, process buildersMust have hands on experience on Lightning web components.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community CloudExperience using Salesforce data toolsStrong understanding of relational databasesDemonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projectsExperience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/asyncExperience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologiesStrong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end usersStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teamsExperience/Education:8 or more years of information technology experienceExperience working with Salesforce and other CRM technologies in various capacities including working as an architect.Experience working with Manufacturing/ Distribution industry preferred.Solid communication skillsStrong command on making right architectural decisions for system needs and leading the implementation with the help of team members.Strong knowledge of common business processes together with the ability to learn and understand uncommon new business processes, and to translate this knowledge into a consistent and effective solution design.
