Job PurposeThis position ensures proper computer operation in the Dar-ul-Madinah Females Head Office and in all Dar-ul-Madinah campuses so that end users can accomplish routine tasks with satisfaction. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software, and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation, network connectivity, and device performance. This position will also ensure compliance with IT policies in all branches/offices through proper communication with Dar-ul-Madinah's head office.
Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
Work with end users to identify and deliver required support desk service levels.
Provide support in preparing, maintaining, and procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring computers and other related device's performance.
Ensure that IT-related devices are operational in the female head office.
Maintain regular data backups of female head office users.
Maintain proper communication with all campuses/offices to ensure implementation of IT policies.
Report, analyze IT issues with proper solutions.
Provide application training, orientation, and assistance to users as requested.
Perform routine audits for compliance with policies.
Ensure data backup and security.
Requirements
The minimum qualification for this position is a graduate in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
Application support experience with the latest version of MS Office, help desk, and Inventory systems.
Extensive operating system support including Windows 10.
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, Internet, operating systems, and IT standards, including wireless networking protocols.
