to join our cross-disciplined team building the next generation of Healthcare Provider Network Management features!The OrganizationWithin our Patient Experience sub-division, we offer patients seamless access to their health records through our innovative athenaPatient mobile application and accessible web-based patient portal. We break down barriers by connecting patients to their providers through cutting-edge telehealth solutions. Additionally, we enhance care coordination by assisting patients in selecting the most suitable health provider referral based on factors such as costs, outcomes, and schedule availability.The TeamJoin our dynamic Provider-Network Management software development team and be a part of building the next generation of online referral management features for healthcare providers. Our goal is to improve care coordination across our ecosystem, ensuring that patients receive high-quality and affordable care within their network. Our team is built to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and are comprised of talented frontend and backend software developers, an embedded product owner, and an experience designer. We prioritize industry best practices such as continuous delivery and iterative agile methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of quality functionality. Operating in two-week Agile sprints, we quickly roll out features to a subset of our customers for feedback as they mature.What do we look for?A software developer who demonstrates design and engineering excellence and has experience building web applications, preferably in public and private cloud environments. You are an excellent communicator and nimble learner who loves collaborating with teammates to build software that solves complex healthcare technology challenges.You will play a crucial role in writing and delivering functionality that constantly enhances the experiences of millions of patients. Your work will have a direct impact on real people in their time of need, making a meaningful difference in their lives.In this role, you will develop and support frontends backed by highly performant and scalable APIs.
