Job Description:
Good Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness.
Good Knowledge of Automotive Harness Route and Clip.
Understanding of Automotive Harness Manufacturing and Assy processes.
Understanding of Harness component.
Understanding of Harness debugging, update and retrofitting.
Understanding of Vehicle Assembly sequence,
Understanding of Assembly instruction.
Reading Engineering drawings, Electrical harnesses and components, Mechanical parts.
Reading of Vehicle architecture drawings, Circuit Diagrams,
Reading Build Books and crosslinking it with BOM.
Inspection of Electrical and Mechanical parts as per drawings.
Reading and Generating BOM. Inspection of part as per BOM.
Vehicle inspection and reporting.
Build walks around and sign offs.
Build issues resolutions, ICAs and PCAs for Electrical and Mechanical systems.
Material / Parts, ordering, handlining and arranging.
Co-ordination between local and remote teams.
Daily, weekly Build updates to different teams.
Vehicle testing and validation.
Hand on Experience on CAD and or Harness software.
Added requirements.
Understanding of Vehicle Testing requirements and procedures.
Vehicle Homologation
Understanding for Product development processes.
