Job Title: Office Administrator(Hybrid) Duration: 3 months on W2 Pay Rate: $28.57/hr Location: 10 Garden Street Cambridge MA 02138 United States Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to provide essential office administration support in a hybrid environment. The role involves processing financial transactions, scheduling complex meetings, managing data, and assisting in day-to-day clerical duties. The candidate must exhibit attention to detail, be deadline-oriented, and have effective communication skills. This position requires strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: Process financial transactions, vendor set-ups, and expense reports following Harvard policies. Schedule and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings/events. Maintain and update departmental data using Salesforce. Manage calendars and document the impact of departmental programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of office administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with scheduling and meeting coordination. Preferred experience with Harvard financial systems (B2P, CONCUR) and Salesforce.
