About The Role:Were seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to support our executive team and assist with operations and HR functions. This role is essential to the smooth running of our operations and involves a combination of administrative support, HR tasks, and operational management. This role requires the candidate to reside in the United States. Team members are expected to work in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area at least 75% of the time.Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary documentsOperations Management : Assist with the coordination and management of daily operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.Human Resources:
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.Event Planning:
Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.Project Management:
Assist in managing and tracking various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.Communication:
Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, facilitating effective communication and information flow.Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for executives.Hiring CriteriaPrior experience as an Ops Lead or Head of Operations in a tech start upExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision.
