The incumbent will have a direct impact on the strategy, architecture and innovation agenda for infrastructure and our interconnected partner organizations. This person will be instrumental in turning strategy into practical, pattern-based architecture in alignment with our business needs. The candidate will regularly interact with senior level leadership, simplifying complex problems and needs into a relatable narrative that enhances decision making. They will act as a driver for infrastructure strategy, championing the direction and synergies across our business units and corporate functions. This job will act as a 'technology visionary' for infrastructure, with the ability to influence strategy and behaviors within areas of responsibility and throughout the company. This job requires experience in all areas of architecture with an emphasis on infrastructure and cloud technologies. The ability to communicate and deliver a meaningful story at all levels of the organization and to our customers is essential. This job requires a high level of skill in driving and influencing business outcomes and consensus driven decisions. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES + Work with the business stakeholders to develop Enterprise Architecture deliverables that articulate the business strategy, business outcomes, business capabilities and other elements needed to support business outcomes such as investment and cost analysis. + Develop and implement HM Health Solutions technology innovation agenda to ensure that HM Health Solutions is a leader in the application of technology to our various businesses.
