As a Business Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in:

Improving the lives of our customers and the well-being of their businesses through financial solutions, education, and advice.

Ability to drive the priorities of the business and develop a plan to drive growth

Proactively identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of business relationships that services as a source of referrals for new business opportunities

Drive business growth by engaging clients through omni channel

Responsibilities

Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of deposits, investments, mortgage, treasury management, loan referrals and international and other consumer products offered through East West Bank

Individually contribute to overall team growth, performance, and business development

Responsible for connecting with new and existing customers to determine their needs and advising them of appropriate products

Ensure collaboration with all business partners within the bank

Accountable for implementation of virtual delivery of growth plan, including sales goals, profitability, performance, and leads/sales prospect management

Maintain and apply a thorough understanding of the bank’s cross border policy, client eligibility and all necessary business practices to ensure quality of NRA onboarding

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

5+ years related banking experience and familiar with banking products

Ability to work collaboratively across functions within the Bank

Solid business acumen, and ability to learn entire business model

Knowledge and understanding of banking products, market, and business trends

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined

Strong problem-solving and networking skills

Flexible in working hours for servicing overseas clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
