The Director, Market Development, will be responsible for driving growth within hospitals and healthcare systems for our healthcare staffing division. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in health systems to expand our market presence. The Director, Market Development will excel in helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging Aya Healthcare's suite of highly differentiated services and software. This is an individual contributor position and will be remotely based in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic networking plans to penetrate target marketsIdentify and engage with C-suite executives and buyers in health systemsCreate innovative approaches to meet potential clients and build lasting relationshipsDevelop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya HealthcareConvey Aya Healthcare's unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new businessDemonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare's full suite of services and software to healthcare organizationsRepresent our company at industry events, conferences, and social gatheringsBuilt and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clientsEducate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's differentiated services and softwareGenerate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of business development experience in a metrics driven environment is requiredExperience selling into healthcare facilities is requiredWillingness to travel within assigned market regionProven track record in sales, business development, or related fieldsAn insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeedAbility to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new businessThis is a remote position within the state of New Jersey

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $48.07 to $52.88 hourly, which equates to $100,000to $110,000 annually plus commission.
