Position SummaryThis full-time position has key responsibility for creative artwork, content, and visual graphics of CFG Bank Arena’s website, social media platforms and in Arena graphics. CFG Bank Arena hosts over 124 events per year and was just ranked the 4th Highest Grossing venue worldwide.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $80,000 to $85,000

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads different types of design projects from ideation through to completion.
Design original works, including presentations, illustrations, mock-ups, one-pagers, infographics, etc.
Refines media (images, fonts, layouts) using graphic design software.
Creates visual ideas to portray concepts and bring multi-faceted marketing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing & creative teams to ensure creative is aligned with brand guidelines and upcoming initiatives.
Stays current and ahead on industry developments, tools, techniques, and aesthetics.
Create, brand, proof and maintain various venue communications resources including the arena’s asset and marketing kit, collateral materials, ads, digital advertising, signage and various other pieces and submit for approval.
Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan content calendars that align with brand goals.
Support the efforts of sponsorship, F&B, club and premium requests.
Create and design email marketing campaigns and edit content to ensure a positive image on all social media sites, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, etc.
Manage graphic interns
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired Experience & Qualifications:
BA in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
8+ years experience in graphic design
Proven ability producing designs for various types of media (website, social, print)
Demonstrated proficiency in web design, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Current on the latest design trends and active on social media
Extremely detail oriented and adherence to strict file structure guidelines (Follow print specifications and digital requirements for constructing files)
Must possess a strong creative vision and a willingness to share ideas and new concepts
Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communications, comfortable with public speaking, strong organizational skills
Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching teams preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
