Business Analyst (Identity & Access Management) Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst focused on identity and access management. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to refine authentication, enable delegation, and streamline access management across multiple integrated companies. Knowledge of the insurance industry is beneficial but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Authentication & Access Management: Analyze and refine identity/security products, enhancing user authentication and delegation processes to provide seamless access. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to harmonize authentication methods and facilitate progress toward federated SSO. Lead constructive discussions around access management improvements. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collect, document, and analyze business needs for identity features, including API integration, while leveraging Azure DevOps for tracking and collaboration. Use Lucidchart or Visio for process mapping. Innovative Problem-Solving: Apply creative thinking to address cross-company access issues and foster open dialogue about security and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify and propose scalable, secure access management improvements that simplify delegation and user access. Qualifications: Experience: 3 years in business analysis, particularly within identity and access management or security domains. Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of authentication processes, working knowledge of APIs, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, or Visio for process visualization. Soft Skills: Effective communication and analytical skills, with the ability to facilitate challenging discussions and drive change. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
