Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Define and execute the product strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
Product Roadmap:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs and market trends.
Product Backlog:
Create and manage a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.
User Experience:
Collaborate with UX teams to design and deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
Agile Methodology:
Drive agile product development processes, leveraging best practices to deliver value iteratively.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management.
Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leadership roles.
Certification in product management or agile methodologies.
