Reporting directly to the HM, working on a team of 35-40 people.Thoughtfully collaborate with Global Technology Change Management QA Change standards. Seek opportunities to maximize processes, documentation, approval processes, and routines to ensure teams' adherence to Change standard governance.Mentor and provide guidance on new QA change standard requirements to ensure material and non-material project compliance.Work with Program and Technology Project Manager to build success criteria and metrics to begin measuring results of compliance with Change standards.Work closely with Change team to evaluate and remediate issues and QA assessments.Partner with Agile SMEs to ensure new and current development processes align with governance and change standards.Required (hard) skills/experience:
Strong foundation and understanding of Microsoft Office applications to include advanced knowledge of Excel and Access as primary tools.Proficient in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to create macros and data processing functions.Strong experience in design, implementation, administration, development, maintenance, and support of SharePoint sites.High proficiency in solutions provided by SharePoint and SharePoint Designer and related workflow environment.Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, common formulas, VBA macros, and working with large data sets.Preferred Skills/experience
High level of ownership, proven analytical skills, and attention to detail.Research-oriented, motivated, pro-active, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.A team player with good verbal and written skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective communication with team members and key stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload whilst working accurately in a high-energy environment.Other
