We're looking for
2 Senior UX Researchers
to report to the UX Research Manager and be responsible for user research projects of significant size and complexity supporting product strategy and within product squads. You will
Support Product Strategy, Product Managers, and Product Designers across one or more teams in product discovery, develop journey maps, validate designs, and serve as the voice of our customers within the product and engineering group.Prioritize research and maintain a roadmap, providing transparency to the product team.Scope, plan, and conduct research from end to end as a primary researcher and empower other members of the team to run their own research, providing support throughout the process.Document and share insights with the product team, as well as the broader organization, and provide opportunities for team members and stakeholders to regularly engage in research.Become a subject-matter expert with a deep understanding of the jobs-to-be-done, clarifying them via journey maps and personas, and routinely socialize them across the organization to drive alignment and provide actionable insights.Required Experience & Skills
3-5 years of UX research experience. Experienced in in-person and remote user research and skilled in ethnography, survey design, quantitative research, and other research methods.You enjoy meeting different people and being an active listener, while also providing great customer service skills.You're an inspiring storyteller and excellent at sharing and communicating insights to diverse audiences (from Product Designers to Engineers to Allergan Data Labs leadership) in order to drive impact.Experienced with unmoderated testing platforms (UserTesting, UserZoom, etc.).A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables.Compensation Range (Minimum - Maximum)
