Job Description:The Amazon Online Operation Manager will oversee our Amazon store and other online platforms, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making to optimize our product listings and marketing strategies.

Experience in managing social media platforms, such as TikTok, 小红书 is preferred to help expand our brand presence.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize all aspects of our Amazon store operations, including listing creation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales on Amazon.Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., sales, reviews, ad performance) to make data-driven adjustments.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies.Maintain high product visibility by enhancing listings with SEO and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.Manage customer feedback and resolve any operational issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.Track inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain stock availability across platforms.Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and improvement areas.Utilize experience with social media platforms (preferably TikTok, 小红书) to develop cross-promotional opportunities and broaden brand reach.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, inventory forecasting, and advertising (PPC) management.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make business decisions.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience with social media management, particularly on platforms like TikTokBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth insurance and other employee benefitsOpportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding companyFlexible work arrangements, including potential remote work optionsHow to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume and a brief cover letter explaining their experience and interest in the role.
