QualificationsWhat you'll be doing:As a Data Analyst at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people. You will also have growth opportunities as we have a culture that supports your personal and professional development.
The Data Analyst's primary responsibility will be to gather and review both financial and non-financial data sets and implement processes and methods to standardize across divisions. They will work with various ERP systems and support accounting functions (including transaction entry and reconciliations) for smaller divisions. This role reports to the Corporate Financial Analyst.
Collect, review, scrub and report data from multiple divisions and sources.Support and drive initiatives for data integrity and standardization across divisions.Determine best practices for standardizing and assist in implementing controls based on existing data sets and reporting needs of accounting, exec, and ops.Support conversion process into new ERP and lead participation in conversion of data.Create and generate reports and dashboards (PowerBI) from single or multiple sources.Maintain KPI data for corporate and division dashboards and reports.Train end users on reports and dashboards, including instructional documentation.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data sources are accurate.Evaluate and confirm data integrations have appropriate controls.Manually import financial data into consolidation software.Manage automated data connections from multiple source ERPs to consolidation software and PowerBI.AR/AP, other accounting transactions and reconciliations, as assigned.Support other finance and accounting department functions and projects, as required.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Accounting, or related field.1-3 years in a similar role.High level knowledge of ERP systems and integrations.High level knowledge of data analytics software (PowerBI or similar).Proficiency in Excel.Ability to complete projects on time and accurately.Strong working with numbers and analyzing large data sets.Above average problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Meticulous with strong organizational skills.Positive and collaborative attitude.
