The Commerce Quote to Order organization is a team of fun-loving and motivated individuals working on managing IT architecture, platforms, and engineering services for Cisco core commerce transactions.
What You'll Do
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the organization. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital and cloud technologies.
You Will:
Collaborate with business team to collect and document detailed business requirements.Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers.Work closely with Scrum Master, Product owner, and global delivery teams to be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.Collaborate multi-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience.Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, adhering to the defined processes, and implementing solutions that support business needs.Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams.Deliver training and support to business users.Who You'll Work With

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within an IT or relevant business department.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.Proven experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies.Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across IT/Business partners.Communicate effectively with both IT and Business team members.Have strong exposure to SaaS and HaaS business models.Why Cisco
