Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist is the front-line person for ZOLL's Customer Success Organization. This position works very closely with our clients to develop an effective training plan that meets their needs and then successfully executes that plan. The Implementation Specialist will evaluate the client environment, provide comprehensive training on ZOLL products, and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they have a positive implementing experience. Product training is completed both onsite at the client location (travel required) and remotely via web-based tools. The goal of this training/implementation is to ensure the application is configured appropriately and the customer is successfully able to use the applications in their everyday business activities. This position works closely with other members of the ZOLL team on project planning, process improvement, training consistency and the development of training related material and documentation.

Essential FunctionsEffectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration.Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the success of the implementation process.Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process.Track product adoption for customers to be sure we are setting them up to be successful on ZOLL products.Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team.Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience.Work toward client success as an effective team member.Required/Preferred Education and ExperienceCompletion of an industry recognized basic public safety telecommunicator course that covers all topics included in APCO ANS 3.103.2.2015 - Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Telecommunicators preferred.1-3 years 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training required.Experience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them required.Experience as an administrator or end user of the ZOLL RescueNet application including emsCharts preferred.Experience implementing new software/technology preferred.Experience working with Microsoft SQL preferred.Bachelors, Associates, or professional certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc. preferred.Current or former EMS practitioner at either the ALS or BLS Level preferred.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a fast paced, project-based environment.Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite of products.Technical aptitude for working with software and Microsoft Windows.Ability to recognize the entire scope of an issue and work independently, or as a team towards problem resolution.A high level of professionalism with the ability to think critically and make good decisions guided by goals and objectives of ZOLL.Excellent detail orientation, communication, documentation, grammar and interpersonal skills.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel up to 75%.The salary range for this role is 60K-70K.
