The Opportunity
The Sr Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting the assigned LOB’s and driving customer satisfaction and savings within their areas of responsibility, as well as helping to mitigate supplier and contractual risks for the business. Ongoing management: Support the enablement of contracts in the Coupa contract repository. Support the management of contracts and initiate contract amendments, renewals, and terminations. Support the management of users, suppliers, and initiate improvement opportunities.

The Work Itself
Responsible for sourcing and contracting activities in support of Technology lines of business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align strategic sourcing activities accordingly.Analyze spend data and procurement metrics to capture cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.Contribute to supplier scorecards and performance metrics to ensure accountability and drive supplier performance improvements.Support supplier diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners.Lead/facilitate effective fact-based negotiation strategies to maximize contract benefits and risk mitigation.Support the development and implementation of category strategies to meet organizational objectives and programs.Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
The Skills You Bring
3+ years of strategic sourcing, negotiation and other relevant procurement management experience.Bachelor Degree required.Appropriate professional affiliations/certifications preferred.Proficiency in computer applications, business and industry analysis, financial analysis, supplier selection and management, contract negotiations, conflict management, decision making, strategic thinking.Has demonstrated the ability to lead a work effort to negotiate price, rates, details, contract terms and conditions.Analytical ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans.Must possess good individual communication skills Is able to multi task.Has demonstrated the ability to manage large projects across multiple parties while delivering results.Has demonstrated the ability to handle difficult situations with clients and/or vendor negotiations.
