SAIC is seeking a
Power Platform Solutions Technical Support Engineer
to support the US Army 365 (A365) End Users by designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This platform includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The role involves working closely with Army Customers to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.NOTE: This is a fully Remote / Work from Home positionJob Description:Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).Integrate various services and applications to automate end-to-end business processes.Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams) and third-party systems.Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps.Create model-driven and canvas apps to meet specific business needs.Monitor and maintain Power Platform solutions to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Power Platform applications and workflows.QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's and fourteen (14)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.Experience using Azure Automation, Microsoft 365 Desired State Configuration, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL and related technologies to support cloud environments and architectures.Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, along with proficiency developing and troubleshooting PowerApps and Flow.Administrating Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online, Administrating Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Security.Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect), Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).Client support and troubleshooting (Outlook, Outlook for Mac, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices).Experience with Office/Outlook add-ins (.NET/Com, Modern Add-in deployment).Required Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).DoD 8570 IAT certification, Level I or higher, such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP+, etc within 60 days of hire.Required Security Clearance:Secret Clearance prior to start, must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance after first day of employment.
